Welcome to Cartoony ("App"), a product developed by Gigantic Apps. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the App, which is available through the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

By using Cartoony, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

Cartoony allows users to:

• Upload photos using the platform’s photo picker
• Convert images into anime or cartoon styles via AI
• Save or share generated images
• Subscribe to unlock Pro styles and remove limits

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.

2. Subscriptions & Payments

We offer weekly and yearly subscriptions via RevenueCat:

• Payment is charged to your Google or Apple account at confirmation
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled 24 hours before the period ends
• Manage subscriptions in your app store account settings

3. Image Usage & Ownership

You retain rights to your original photos. Generated images are temporarily processed and not permanently stored.

You agree not to upload illegal or infringing content.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for illegal activities
• Disrupt App operation or servers
• Reverse-engineer or misuse the App or its services

5. Intellectual Property

All branding and functionality belong to Gigantic Apps. Do not copy or reuse without permission.

6. Privacy

Your privacy matters. Read our Privacy Policy to learn how we handle your data.

7. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is." We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use means you accept the updates.
