Cartoony ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share your personal information when you use our mobile application ("App"), available on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

• User Images: Images you select through the platform’s native photo picker for cartoon or anime-style conversion. These are sent securely to our server for processing and are deleted shortly after processing is complete.
• Device Information: Non-personally identifiable data such as device model, OS version, and app usage statistics for analytics and crash reporting.
• Purchase Data: Subscription status and purchase history are managed via RevenueCat to enable Pro features.

How We Use Your Information

• To generate and deliver stylized images based on your input.
• To provide and manage in-app purchases and subscriptions.
• To improve user experience through analytics and crash logs.

Data Retention

We do not store user images permanently. They are processed in real-time and deleted shortly afterward. Subscription and analytics data may be retained as required by our service providers (e.g., RevenueCat, analytics tools).

Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party services that may collect limited data as required to provide their functionality:

• OpenAI – for AI image generation
• RevenueCat – for subscription management
• Google/Firebase & Apple – for app store services and analytics

Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such data, please contact us.
