Welcome to AI Emoji ("App"), a product developed by Gigantic Apps. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the App, which is available through the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

By using AI Emoji, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

AI Emoji allows users to:

• Enter text prompts to generate custom emojis via AI
• Upload photos using the platform's photo picker for emoji conversion
• Generate personalized emojis based on text descriptions or images
• Save or share generated emojis
• Subscribe to unlock Pro features and remove generation limits

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.

2. Subscriptions & Payments

We offer weekly and yearly subscriptions via RevenueCat:

• Payment is charged to your Google or Apple account at confirmation
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled 24 hours before the period ends
• Manage subscriptions in your app store account settings

3. Content Usage & Ownership

You retain rights to your original text prompts and photos. Generated emojis are temporarily processed and not permanently stored on our servers.

You agree not to upload illegal, offensive, or infringing content, or submit prompts that violate our content guidelines.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for illegal activities or generate inappropriate content
• Submit prompts containing hate speech, harassment, or harmful content
• Disrupt App operation or servers
• Reverse-engineer or misuse the App or its services

5. Intellectual Property

All branding and functionality belong to Gigantic Apps. Do not copy or reuse without permission.

6. Privacy

Your privacy matters. Read our Privacy Policy to learn how we handle your data.

7. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is." We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use means you accept the updates.
