Introduction

AI Emoji ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share your personal information when you use our mobile application ("App"), available on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

Information We Collect

• Text Prompts: Text descriptions you provide for emoji generation. These are sent securely to our server for processing and are deleted shortly after processing is complete.
• User Images: Images you select through the platform's native photo picker for emoji conversion (when applicable). These are sent securely to our server for processing and are deleted shortly after processing is complete.
• Face Data: Our app does not perform facial recognition, biometric scanning, or extraction of facial features. If you upload a photo of your face, it is treated like any other image and only used temporarily to generate emoji-style avatars. No facial maps, templates, or identifiers are created or stored.
• Device Information: Non-personally identifiable data such as device model, OS version, and app usage statistics for analytics and crash reporting.
• Purchase Data: Subscription status and purchase history are managed via RevenueCat to enable Pro features.

How We Use Your Information

• To generate and deliver custom emojis based on your text prompts or image inputs.
• To provide and manage in-app purchases and subscriptions.
• To improve user experience through analytics and crash logs.
• To enhance our AI emoji generation algorithms and service quality.

Data Retention

We do not store user prompts or images permanently. They are processed in real-time and deleted shortly afterward. Generated emojis are delivered to your device and not retained on our servers. Subscription and analytics data may be retained as required by our service providers (e.g., RevenueCat, analytics tools).

Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party services that may collect limited data as required to provide their functionality:

• OpenAI – for AI emoji generation and image processing
• RevenueCat – for subscription management
• Google/Firebase & Apple – for app store services and analytics

Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such data, please contact us immediately.

Your Rights

You may request deletion of any data we retain (e.g., purchase or analytics data), subject to platform limitations. Since prompts and images are automatically deleted after processing, there is typically no personal content data to delete. Contact us at mailgigantic@gmail.com for assistance.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your data, including encryption during transmission and secure processing of all prompts and images. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes within the app or by updating this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
